If you have started your registration process and are listed in blue you are not officially in the tournament until you send in your entry form and check.

REFUND POLICY

If you enter* and withdraw after the schedule has been posted your entry fee will be nonrefundable unless an adequate replacement team can be found. We will make every reasonable effort to find a replacement team. THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR/s ONLY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNING A REPLACEMENT TEAM.

If you enter* and the tournament is cancelled due to weather or some unforeseen event 80% (percent) of your entry fee will be refunded or credited toward a future So Cals Finest Tournament.

If it is necessary to suspend a tournament after you have started your first game, due to weather or some unforeseen event, the remaining games that were not started will be credited on a pro-rated basis less 20% (percent).

If you send in an entry form and check after the tournament is filled or for some reason you can not be scheduled into the tournament, the full amount of your entry fee may be refunded or you may choose to have your refund applied to a future So Cals Finest Tournament.
